About Us

Four Generations of timber industry experience

In 1980 Peter Ward took over Drouin West Timber from his father, whose father before him was a local saw miller. Today his son's Douglas and Nick Ward work along side Peter within Drouin West Timber & Truss (DWTT) and FutureFit™ having become industry leaders in panelized building systems.

Using high quality and locally sourced materials, DWTT's mission is to reduce the building industry's carbon footprint while providing a productive and rewarding experience for our many new and return customers.
