The process begins with the projects detailed drawings. Each structure is completely and accurately designed and modelled in CAD using Pryda Build software. Working in 3D DWTT designers analyse all structural components and systems – from the architectural concept and engineering design, to services such as airconditioning and ducting. ‘Measure twice, cut once” takes on an all-new meaning as thousands of measurements are calculated and every component is tested.

DWTT manufacture and recommend Pryda Longreach Floor Trusses. “Longreach™” is an open timber web floor truss system that offers major benefits to fabricators. The long spans, large cantilevers and stiffer floors give greater scope to the building designer. The open web design allows easy installation of ductwork and services, and the design software provides for accurate location of large rectangular ducts. Longreach™ uses standard timber sections and the webs utilise short off-cuts from truss & frame fabrication.

Each structure is completely and accurately entered, designed and modelled in 3D CAD. Once the projects ‘footprint’ has been imputed the walls are broken into manageable panel lengths where openings for windows and doors are precisely located. This computer-directed efficiency allows for far greater accuracy and once completed the build instructions flow seamlessly to the automated wall frame production line where walls are constructed to the highest standards.

In a virtual 3D world using powerful CAD programs, FutureFit™ designers and engineers can examine every structural component and system in a home, which means that everything is accounted for before construction even begins.

Dimensions are measured twice and cut once in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, where every floor and wall panel is engineered with absolute precision using CNC machines and automated nail bridges.

LINTEL & BEAM DESIGN: DWTT’s design team also provide timber lintel and beam computations where required as a value add service to our clients as required.

To guarantee quality & consistency DWTT – FutureFit™ products are installed by an in-house crew of highly skilled carpenters overseen by one of our foremen working alongside the builder.

SITE MEASURE SERVICE: Our design team are also able to provide a site measuring service before design (where needed) to ensure accuracy of the final product.​

DWTT engages dedicated sub contract crane truck delivery services to ensure we can deliver a timely, professional service that meets the builder’s requirements. Our professional contractors have a complete range of Semi’s, Trays, Cranes and Trailers for every type of delivery requirement with many years of Crane Truck experience.
